Pricing model

How Pipeboard pricing works

Pipeboard prices around two things: how many ad accounts you connect and how many people share the account. Every paid plan comes with unlimited executions, so the old weekly call limits are gone. The free tier is the only one still capped, at 30 executions per week.

The key detail is the ad account slot. Each plan includes a fixed number: 3 on Pro, 10 on Premium, 25 on Enterprise. A slot is one ad account your agent can act on. Connect more than your plan covers and each extra account is +$10/month.

Team seats are gated the same way. Pro is single-user, Premium allows up to 5 members, and unlimited seats only arrive at the $199/month Enterprise tier.

So your bill is mostly a function of account count. A solo marketer on Pro pays $29.90. An agency at 40 accounts is closer to $350/month once the per-account fees stack up; at 100 accounts, near $950.

Pipeboard is an API wrapper, not a marketing platform. It connects your agent to ad platforms but doesn't include research, creative, or safety tools. You're working with platform API objects (campaign IDs, ad set structures, bidding parameters), which means you or your agent need to know the platform APIs.

Glossary

What these features actually mean

Ad account slot

A slot is one ad account your agent is allowed to act on. Each paid plan includes a set number: 3 on Pro, 10 on Premium, 25 on Enterprise. Connect more accounts than your plan covers and each extra one costs $10/month. For an agency, your monthly bill is mostly a function of how many client accounts you manage.

MCP for AI agents

Model Context Protocol: a standard way for AI agents (Claude, GPT, etc.) to call external tools. Pipeboard exposes Meta, Google, and TikTok ad platform APIs as MCP tools, so your agent can read data and manage campaigns through conversation instead of you clicking around in Ads Manager.

Team seats

How many people can share an account. Pro is single-user. Premium allows up to 5 team members. Only Enterprise ($199/month) unlocks unlimited seats. AdKit includes unlimited seats on every plan with no per-seat fees.

Keep in mind

Hidden costs and fine print

Ad account slots cap you, and extras cost $10 each

Every paid plan includes a fixed number of ad account slots: 3 on Pro, 10 on Premium, 25 on Enterprise. A slot is one ad account your agent can act on. Need more? Each extra account is +$10/month, which adds up fast for agencies.

The per-account math gets steep for agencies

At 40 accounts you're looking at roughly $350/month, and at 100 accounts closer to $950/month once the $10-per-account fees stack on top of the Enterprise base. The price scales with how many clients you run.

Team seats are gated by plan

Pro is single-user only. Premium tops out at 5 team members. You don't get unlimited seats until the $199/month Enterprise tier.

Per-account token scoping is Enterprise-only

Permission-scoped tokens show up on Pro, but per-account scoping (handing each client or teammate access to only their accounts) is locked to the $199/month Enterprise plan.

Developer-focused, not marketer-friendly

Pipeboard wraps raw Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, and Reddit APIs. You (or your agent) need to knowAPI field names, object structures, and platform quirks. There's no visual interface for reviewing or approving changes.

API bridge only

Pipeboard connects your agent to ad platforms. It doesn't include competitor tracking, an ad library, creative generation, or a draft system. It's infrastructure, not a marketing product.

Real costs

What you'll actually pay each month

Pipeboard's cost scales with how many ad accounts you connect. Here's how it compares to AdKit's flat $49/month for unlimited projects.

Verdict

Is Pipeboard worth the price?

For a few accounts, Pipeboard is reasonably priced. Pro at $29.90/month gives you unlimited executions and 3 ad account slots, which is plenty for a solo marketer running one or two brands. The free tier works for testing.

The model gets expensive once you scale. Because you pay per ad account, an agency adds $10/month for every account past its plan's cap. At 40 accounts that's around $350/month, at 100 closer to $950. Team seats only go unlimited at the $199 tier.

AdKit is flat: $29/month for 1 project, $49/month for unlimited projects, with unlimited seats included and no per-account fees. That $49 also bundles competitor tracking, a 500k+ ad library, AI creative, and a draft system. If you're a developer wiring up a single account, Pipeboard is a fine call. If you're an agency, the flat price is hard to beat.

AdKit

Consider AdKit

AdKit goes beyond the API bridge. Competitor research, creative generation, and a draft system that reviews changes before they go live. Flat $29/month for 1 project, $49/month for unlimited projects and unlimited seats. No per-account fees.

Alternative

The Pipeboard alternative with flat, unlimited pricing

Pipeboard bills you per ad account. AdKit is one flat price for unlimited projects and seats, across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, and Microsoft. It also does what Pipeboard can't: tracks every ad your competitors run, generates creative from it, and launches through a safe draft-first system. Think Ahrefs, but for ads.
