The Blend MCP alternative that doesn't meter your agent
Blend MCP counts every action your agent takes against a monthly operations cap, checking performance included, and the cap is a hard block. AdKit is flat: $29/month with unlimited operations, MCP included on every plan. Plus what Blend doesn't do at all: competitor tracking, a 500k+ ad library, AI creative generation, and a draft system that keeps agent mistakes out of your live account.
The short version
| Dimension | ||
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A complete ads toolbox with a built-in MCP. | An MCP connecting AI assistants to your ad accounts across 8 platforms. |
| MCP Capabilities | Launch and manage campaigns, track competitors, browse 500k+ ads, generate static ads. | Launch and manage campaigns, analyze performance, generate ad copy. |
| Operations | Unlimited on every plan. Your agent checks and edits as often as it wants. | Metered. 500 to 10,000 per month depending on tier. Viewing performance counts as one operation, and the cap is a hard block. |
| Risk to mess up your ads | Zero by default. Agents write drafts inside AdKit; going live needs publish rights you grant. | Writes execute directly on your live ad accounts, scoped by the OAuth permissions you set. |
| Platforms | Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Reddit, LinkedIn, and X. Pinterest is planned. | Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Pinterest, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Reddit. |
| Who is it for? | Anyone who buys ads to grow something. Marketers, founders, agencies. Any business model. | Brands and agencies managing their own or client ad accounts from an AI assistant. |
| Starting price | $29/month for 1 project, MCP included, unlimited operations. $49/month for unlimited projects (or $34/month on yearly). | $29/month with 500 operations. $79/month for 2,500, $199/month for 10,000. 20% off on annual billing. |
"We switched to AdKit from another tool and haven't looked back. It does everything the alternative did, and then some. The biggest win for our agency has been managing ad accounts directly through Claude via terminal. Support has been genuinely great too, responsive and actually helpful. If you're running an agency and managing multiple ad accounts, this is worth a proper look."

The complete comparison
Who's cheaper? 👀
Blend meters your agent. Every action through their MCP counts as one marketing operation, and their FAQ's own examples are "viewing campaign performance, updating a bid, or pulling a report." Your agent pays to look. (Blend batches calls to stretch the quota. The meter still runs.)
The $29 Launch plan includes 500 operations a month, hard-blocked at the cap. In Blend's own words, excess operations are "not queued and not silently deferred." Your agent just stops.
A working session that checks campaigns, adjusts bids, and drafts an ad set spends roughly 15 to 20 operations, so 500 is about 25 sessions. An agent that works every morning clears that by mid-month, and then you're shopping Growth ($79/mo, 2,500 ops) or Scale ($199/mo, 10,000 ops).
AdKit doesn't count operations. $29/mo for one project, $49/mo for unlimited projects, and your agent checks, tweaks, and reports as often as it likes. The $49 plan also bundles competitor tracking, the 500k+ ad library, and AI creative, none of which Blend offers at any tier.
Agent runs once a week? Blend's $29 is fine. Agent working daily? You're climbing their tiers while AdKit stays flat.

Connector VS Whole toolbox
Blend MCP has one job: connect your AI assistant to the ad accounts you already run. Analysis, edits, budgets, reports, across eight platforms. Within that job, it's a polished product.
The job AdKit covers is wider, because most of advertising happens before the campaign exists:
- Drop a competitor's URL and see every ad they run on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Search 500k+ ads with hooks and video transcripts
- Save winners to a swipe file
- Generate static creative from briefs or reference ads
- Then launch and manage it all through the same agent
Simplest way to see it: AdKit is like Ahrefs, but for ads. The MCP is one part of the toolbox. With Blend, the MCP is the product.
Direct writes VS Draft first
When your agent acts through Blend, the change executes on your live ad account, scoped by the OAuth permissions you granted. Writes are logged, platforms can be set to read-only, and Enterprise plans add approval workflows. On the standard tiers, nothing sits between the agent's decision and your live campaigns.
AdKit puts a draft there. Every change lands inside AdKit first and reaches Meta or Google only when published. Publishing is itself a permission: keep agents draft-only, or grant publish rights per API key, member, and project where you trust the workflow.
The difference shows up on a bad day. On Blend, a wrong budget call is live before you see it. On AdKit, it's a draft you reject.

Platform coverage: Blend wins today
Blend MCP wins here. It runs Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Pinterest, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Reddit: eight platforms, official partner status on each.
AdKit covers Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Reddit, LinkedIn, and X. X is the one platform AdKit has that Blend doesn't. Pinterest is planned; Amazon isn't on the roadmap.
If Pinterest or Amazon carry real budget for you, Blend covers them today and AdKit doesn't. Better to know that before you sign up.

"If you've ever tried any other MCP, you'll quickly realize that they might give you access to your data, but the moment you start creating campaigns, everything will break. Adkit created something that just works like magic."

Still struggling to choose?
Pick AdKit if your agent works ads daily.
Your agent checks performance every morning, and paying per look sounds absurd to you.
You want the full loop in one product: competitor tracking, swipe file, AI creative, safe launch.
You want drafts, not direct writes. Agents draft inside AdKit; publish rights go only to the keys and people you choose.
You run client accounts and need access scoped per member and per project.
You advertise on Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Reddit, LinkedIn, or X.
That's marketers, founders, agencies. Anyone whose agent does real work every day.
Pick Blend MCP if you need Pinterest or Amazon.
Pinterest or Amazon ads are core to your mix. Blend runs both, AdKit doesn't yet.
Your agent works in short bursts: a weekly report, a handful of bid changes. 500 operations covers that.
You're fine with changes executing directly on live accounts inside the permissions you set.
You already have competitor research and creative tools. You just want the connector.
If that's you, Blend will serve you well.
"AdKit has legit sped up my workflow 5x or more. Completely worth it. Occasional bugs, but they're small and the team fixes them asap. I've only used it for Meta so far, but will do Google and TikTok soon. I'm blown away at the product. Connected with Claude, this is a legit game changer."

A word from the founder

Hi there 👋 I'm Nico, the founder of AdKit 😄
Before building startups, I was a media buyer. I managed over $1,000,000 in Ads, sold two startups grown with ads, and helped 1,000+ makers learn Meta Ads through my online guides.
I love ads but... it involves a lot of repetitive, boring work 😩 And I hated every second of it. So I built AdKit to fix that.
To let me and other marketers focus on the fun parts: the strategy, the thinking, the creativity. And not have to waste my time clicking around in buggy interfaces.
It's the app I always dreamed of, and I hope you'll like it too 😀
