AdKit

Connect HubSpot to AdKit

Add AdKit to HubSpot's AI agents and let them read campaign results and draft changes for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and Microsoft ads.

Add AdKit to HubSpot's AI agents, then ask them about your Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and Microsoft ads from the same place you work on contacts and deals. The agent reads your campaign results, and every change it prepares waits as a draft for you.

Before you start
  • A HubSpot account on a Starter, Professional, or Enterprise plan. Agent Builder needs Professional or Enterprise (HubSpot Knowledge Base).
  • A HubSpot user who can install apps: a Super Admin, or a user with the App Marketplace access permission.
  • An AdKit account with at least one ad account connected.

Install the AdKit app

  1. Open the AdKit listing in the HubSpot App Marketplace and click Install.
  2. Choose your HubSpot account and approve the install. AdKit asks only for the basic oauth permission. It does not read or change your contacts, deals, or other CRM records.

Add AdKit to an agent

  1. In HubSpot, go to Agent Hub, then Agent Builder.
  2. Open the agent you want to use, or create one, then click Configure.
  3. Click Add tool, open the MCP Servers tab, and choose AdKit MCP.
  4. Click Connect and add. A window opens on AdKit.
  5. Sign in to AdKit and allow access with the AdKit account that owns your ad accounts. The window closes and AdKit shows as connected.

Check it worked

Ask the agent:

Use AdKit to list my AdKit projects, then show which ad accounts are connected to the first one.

The agent should name your project and the ad accounts in it. If it can't, see Troubleshooting below.

What you can do

Once connected, the agent can:

  • Report on campaigns. Spend, clicks, leads, cost per result, and conversions across every connected platform, for any date range.
  • Prepare changes. New campaigns, budget changes, paused ads, new ad copy. Each change is saved as a draft. Nothing goes live until you approve it in AdKit or tell the agent to publish.
  • Research competitors. Search current ads from other advertisers in the Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad libraries.

Try:

Summarize last week's spend and cost per lead for each AdKit-connected platform, then list the three campaigns with the highest cost per lead.

Troubleshooting

AdKit MCP isn't in the MCP Servers tab. Check that the AdKit app is installed in this HubSpot account (Settings, then Integrations, then Connected apps). Then reload Agent Builder.

You connected the wrong AdKit account. The sign-in window uses whoever is already logged in to AdKit in that browser. Log in to the right account at app.adkit.so first, remove AdKit from the agent's tools, and add it again.

The agent says no ad accounts are connected. Connect a platform in AdKit first: open your project at app.adkit.so and follow Connect a platform. Then ask the agent again.

It worked before and stopped. The authorization expires after 90 days without use. Revoke the old connection under Devices & Keys, remove AdKit from the agent's tools, and add it again.

Remove AdKit

  • From one agent: open the agent in Agent Builder, click Configure, and remove AdKit from its tools.
  • From HubSpot: uninstall the AdKit app under Settings, then Integrations, then Connected apps.
  • On the AdKit side: revoke the HubSpot connection under Devices & Keys. Your AdKit projects, drafts, and ad accounts are not changed.
